Let’s pray powerfully, consistently and confidently during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period to curb the spread of COVID-19.

Healing and Protection
Pray for those who are infected with COVID-19 to receive healing and restoration of health. Pray that the people will not be despaired but place their hope and focus on the promises of God. 

Frontliners
Pray for strength and endurance for those who are working during the MCO period: doctors, nurses and others in the essential services. Pray that the research teams will also receive insight while looking for a cure to stop the virus. 

Nation Leaders
Pray that God would give all our leaders wisdom and discernment to resolve this global pandemic. Keep them healthy, safe, and rested so that they can continue to guide us through this troubling time.

Here’s a recipe from one of our partners: 

Salby Wong’s Hainanese Chicken Chop!

Sauce-making


STEP ONE 
Mix:
2 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar

STEP TWO
Cut some onions and fry them with some oil.

STEP THREE
Mix sauce with onions thoroughly.

STEP FOUR
Adjust the thickness of the sauce to your liking. You can add water if you would like a thinner sauce. 
 

Main: Chicken Chop


STEP ONE
Marinate 1 piece of a deboned whole chicken leg for 30 minutes with the sauce prepared.

STEP TWO
After chicken has been marinated for 30 mins, mix the chicken with: 
a mixture of 1 egg
1 tablespoon of tapioca flour 
1 tablespoon of plain flour

STEP THREE
Then, pan fry or air fry.

STEP FOUR
Pour sauce over chicken. 
 

Side Dish: French Fries

(or you can opt for frozen fries) 

STEP ONE
Cut the russet potatoes into french fries size and place them in cold water to remove starch. 

STEP TWO 
After 10 minutes, remove the potatoes from water and pat the potatoes dry. 

STEP THREE 
Then, fry or air fry the potatoes until crispy.
 

Side Dish: Peas


Stir fry the garden peas with a dollop of butter and a pinch of salt. 

And your dish is ready to be served!
